Crafty Cactus reserves the right to inspect returned items before a refund or exchange is approved.
Please note that custom or personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, unless defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

A brief description of the issue
Once assessed, we will gladly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Unless the return is due to an error on our side (such as a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for all return courier fees.
We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking, as Crafty Cactus cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
