Standard orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after full payment has been received.
Please note:
Custom or personalised orders may require additional preparation time of 10–15 business days before shipping.
Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
Courier Delivery (Major Areas): Estimated 2–4 business days
Outlying or Rural Areas: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak season demand. Crafty Cactus cannot be held responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
Crafty Cactus ships nationwide using The Courier Guy.
Shipping fees are as follows:
Door-to-Door Delivery: R150
Locker Delivery: R100
All shipping fees are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your parcel’s progress directly through The Courier Guy’s tracking system.
Customers located in or near Bethal are welcome to collect their orders by prior arrangement.
You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection, along with collection details.
Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate when placing your order. Crafty Cactus is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional courier fees may apply for re-delivery.
